IPL Winners and Titles: Who Has Won Most

Two franchises stand clear. Mumbai Indians lifted the trophy in 2013, 2015 and 2017, then again in 2019 and 2020. Chennai Super Kings match that 5 with wins in 2010 and 2011, 2018 and 2021, and 2023. Kolkata Knight Riders’ three came in 2012, 2014 and 2024.

Rajasthan Royals won the first season, 2008, and Sunrisers Hyderabad took 2016. Back-to-back titles in 2025 and 2026 went to Royal Challengers Bengaluru. Deccan Chargers, the 2009 champions, are a separate, defunct team. Delhi Capitals, Punjab Kings and Lucknow Super Giants are still without a title.

MI have 155 wins from 291 games and CSK 148 from 266. Gujarat Titans, champions in 2022, have won 47 of their 77, the best share of all. The full IPL winners list adds the final of each season.
